Wally's World Adventures – Conditions of Entry Waiver South Nowra, NSW 2541 NO BULLIES ALLOWED I, the parent or legal guardian, acknowledge and understand that it is my responsibility to ensure my child(ren) are not in any way bullying or disrespecting staff or any other explorers visiting Wally’s World Adventures Pty Ltd. Acknowledgment of Risk: I, the parent or legal guardian, acknowledge that being in and/or around Wally’s World Adventures Pty Ltd involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, and other accidents. I understand that Wally's World Adventures has taken reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment, and I take full responsibility for myself and those entering with me. Release of Liability: In consideration of my child’s participation and entry, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Wally's World Adventures, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my child’s participation, presence within the area, or entry, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I understand that Wally’s World Adventures Pty Ltd is in no way responsible for myself or those entering with me. Medical Consent: In case of an emergency, I authorize Wally's World Adventures staff to administer first aid and/or seek medical treatment for my child. I understand that I will be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Photography Release: I consent to the use of photographs taken during the event that may include my child for promotional purposes by Wally's World Adventures. Acknowledgment of Acceptance I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver: I acknowledge and accept the Conditions of Entry Waiver for Wally's World Adventures Pty Ltd
