By purchasing a membership with Wally’s World Adventures Pty Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership Cost
• $80 per year, per family (not per child).
• Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
2. Membership Benefits
Members receive the following exclusive discounts:
• 30% off play entry – including reduced play sessions.
• 10% off Shipwreck Café purchases.
• 15% off Party Packages.
• 15% off Events.
3. Activation
• Membership becomes active upon first use of any benefit, such as discounted entry, café purchases, or bookings using the membership code.
4. Refund Policy
• No refunds are available once a membership has been used.
• Refund requests made more than 24 hours after purchase (even if membership has not yet been used) will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• Refunds requested within 24 hours of purchase may be considered only if the membership has not been used or activated.
5. General Terms
• Membership benefits are valid for 12 months from the purchase dtae and apply to the purchasing family only.
• Benefits and discounts cannot be transferred, shared, or combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
• Wally’s World Adventures reserves the right to amend membership benefits or terms at any time, with notice provided via our website or social media.
