Wally's World Adventures Pty Ltd Entry Waiver

Socks Policy: Socks must be worn at all times while using the play equipment and in the sensory room. This is for hygiene and safety purposes. Bare feet are not permitted. Acknowledgment of Risk: I acknowledge that participation in activities at Wally's World Adventures Pty Ltd involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all such risks. Responsibility for Minors: I am solely responsible for any children under my care. Wally's World Adventures Pty Ltd is not responsible for their supervision or safety. Medical Expenses: I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of injuries sustained during my visit. Personal Property: Wally's World Adventures Pty Ltd is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal property. Liability Waiver: I release, waive, and discharge Wally's World Adventures Pty Ltd, its employees, agents, and officers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur, even if caused by negligence or fault of Wally's World Adventures Pty Ltd. Photography and Recording: By entering the premises, I consent to being photographed and/or recorded for advertising purposes by Wally's World Adventures Pty Ltd. These photos and recordings may be used in promotional materials. Surveillance: I am aware that the premises are under surveillance for security purposes.
