Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Wally's World Adventures for your upcoming celebration! To ensure your party runs smoothly and safely, we ask that you carefully review and adhere to the following policy guidelines. 1. Party Room Booking Details Booking Time: 2-hour hire of the party room / venue Responsibility: The person making the booking (the Supervising Adult) is responsible for ensuring that all children attending the party adhere to the rules and that the room is left clean and tidy at the conclusion of the event. 2. Party Rules & Expectations Supervision: All children attending the party must always be supervised by a responsible adult. The Supervising Adult is responsible for ensuring that children comply with Wally’s World Adventures' safety rules and guidelines. Behavior: If any child is not following the rules, engaging in unsafe behavior, or disturbing other guests, they will be asked to leave the premises immediately. The safety and enjoyment of all our visitors is our priority. Clean-Up: The Supervising Adult is required to ensure that the party room is cleaned up and left in a tidy condition before the end of the booked time. This includes picking up all personal belongings, food wrappers, and decorations. Failure to clean: If the party room is left untidy or unclean, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged to the Supervising Adult. 3. Food and Drinks Policy Outside Food and Drinks: To ensure the safety and cleanliness of our play areas, no outside food or drinks are allowed unless specifically discussed and approved prior to the party date. If there are special dietary needs or food allergies, these must be communicated in advance via email to info@WallysWorldAdventures.com with the Party Booking Name included. Food allergies and restrictions: Please ensure that all food allergies, intolerances, and dietary restrictions for any child attending the party are communicated to us ahead of time. We cannot guarantee the safety of unreported food items. 4. Party and Booking Terms Party Duration: The party is allocated 2 hours of play and celebration time. This includes time for children to enjoy the play area and time for eating and cake. Setup & Cleanup Time: 5 minutes is provided for setup before the party and 5 minutes for cleanup afterward. Please ensure the room is vacated PLEASE NOTE: THIS PACKAGE IS FOR 12 CHILDREN - ANY ADDITIONAL CHILDREN ATTENDING THIS PARTY WILL BE CHARGED AT $37.50 PER CHILD. MAX ROOM CAPACITY IS 20 CHILDREN.
