Wally's World Adventures Party Policy
Thank you for choosing Wally's World Adventures for your upcoming celebration! To help your party run smoothly and safely, please take a moment to read through the following guidelines. Party Room Booking Details Booking Time: Each party includes a 2-hour hire of the party room/venue. Responsibility: The person making the booking (the Supervising Adult) is responsible for ensuring all children attending follow Wally’s World Adventures’ safety rules and that the room is left clean and tidy at the conclusion of the event. Supervision: All children must be supervised at all times. The Supervising Adult ensures all children follow safety rules and play respectfully. Behaviour: Any child engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour will be asked to leave immediately. The safety and enjoyment of all guests is our top priority. Clean-Up: The Supervising Adult is responsible for ensuring the party room is left in a clean and tidy condition by the end of the booking. This includes removing personal belongings, personal decorations and rubbish. Cleaning Fee: If the party room is left untidy or unclean, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged to the Supervising Adult. Food and Drinks Policy Outside Food and Drinks: Outside food or drinks are not permitted unless discussed and approved before the party date. Special Dietary Needs: Food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions, email info@WallysWorldAdventures.com.au 48hrs prior to the date, please include your Party Booking Name. We cannot guarantee the safety of unreported food items. Party Duration: The 2-hour booking includes time for play, eating, and cake. Setup & Clean up Time: The room will be ready for you upon arrival. You may have up to 5 minutes before your party to add any extra decorations or personal touches. There is no additional time after the party — please ensure the room is vacated promptly for the next celebration. Party Room Capacity: 20 Children Max Venue Hire Capacity: 80 Attendees Max Cancellation Policy: 24 hours or more before the party: You may cancel and receive a full refund, or reschedule to another available date at no cost. Less than 24 hours before the party: Payments are non-refundable. We are happy to work with you to reschedule to another available date. No-shows: If you do not attend your booking, all payments made will be forfeited.
